What Method of payment is accepted?

Celebration Gifts secure online payment system will accept payments through PayPal.

With Pay Pal you are able to pay from your bank account or credit card. If you do not have a PayPal account you can check out as a guest on the PayPal link

and pay with a credit card. Where approved prior you are able to EFT. Please note payment is required to be made and cleared prior to dispatch)


Can I change my mind after placing an order?

Orders can be cancelled only if notice is received by Celebration Gifts at minimum of 48 hours prior to the orders scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already

prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation of orders incur a $50.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this

fee or you may opt for the gift voucher to the full order value to be issued instead. If Cancellation notice is received at 24 hours or less notice – Cancellation is

void.


How do I know if you received my order?

You will receive email confirmation that we have your order, if you have placed an order online and haven’t received any email please contact us at sales@celebrationgifts.com.au.

What if I need to request a delivery time?

Delivery times are based on location, date and time you place your order. During the online checkout process, you’ll be given the option for standard delivery or

Express postage. If your gift is to be delivered on the Central Coast post code 2259 same day or next day delivery is available by Celebration Gifts. Any other delivery locations are sent via Courier and Australia Post.


What is the currency of the prices shown?

All prices on Celebration Gifts website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

What if the recipient isn’t home upon delivery?

If the recipient isn’t home upon delivery there are three things that could happen.

1. The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the sender has requested, they do so if the courier deems it safe to leave the goods at the front or back door, the goods will be left at the suitable location.

2. To contact Celebration Gifts for a suitable time for delivery. Additional charges will apply.

3. If sent via Australia Post and the recipient isn’t home, a calling card will be left to collect from the nearest post office.


What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Please be very careful in providing us with the correct and up to date information. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your

instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.


If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our dispatch, we can redeliver at the redelivery price plus an administrative fee

of $25.00.
